Josh Packaging uses slitters and rewinders made by Titan Atlas Converting Equipment to cut parent rolls into individual finished rolls.

  • Laser digital edge guide systems ensuring the rolls finish smooth and even.
  • Closed loop tension control system on both the rewind and unwind side.
  • Slit all types of plastic, paper, foil, laminate substrates

  • Ability to finish on 3” or 6” cores
  • Differential rewinding technology ensures consistent tension

Josh Packaging uses American-made Century Tech machines to convert roll stock to wickted bags.

Plastic bags loaded onto a packaging machine in a factory setting. 
  • The machines are servo controlled, allowing the machines to convert rollstock at high speeds without compromising quality.
  • Various add-ons to bags are made easy such as vent holes, bottom gussets, zippers, special die cuts and more.
  • Machines  are equipped with anti-static bars, eliminating  static that may be experienced in plastic packaging.

The Hudson Sharp inno-lok machine is one of the newer additions to the Josh Packaging machine arsenal. The patented machine applies a reclosable zipper to packaging films thereby producing finished pre zippered rolls
